On October 17th, YRCC signed Agreements of Professional Training and Science and Technology Cooperation with International Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Management (ICE WaRM) and International Water Center (IWC), which indicate that the three participants will have farther development on professionals training, scientific and technical communication, ability construction and  cooperation etc.
