Mr. Shang Hongqi and Ms. Sun Feng, the Basin Coordinator of Yellow River Benchmark Basin had a wide discussion and exchange with Jonathan Woolley and Pamela George, the CPWF Coordinator and management leader regarding activities conducted in 2007 and work plan 2008. Mr. Shang and Ms. Sun also gave a brief introduction in the lunch presentation of CPWF on the main achievements in the YR, including improving water-food productivity, livelihoods of farmers and small watershed rehabilitation, etc. They also expressed the willingness for Phase II to continue the cooperation. As the challenges in the YellowRiver Basin management, the achievements are believed to be greatly contributory to other river basin management and problem-solving.
