On March 16-22, the 5th World Water Forum had been held in Istanbul, Turkey. The delegation leading by Mr. Xu Cheng, the Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the International Yellow River Forum and Mr. Shang Hongqi, the Secretary General attended this grand global water event.
