Abstract: This paper extensively analysizes the integrated water resources management in the Netherlands. According to the current existing issues in the Yellow River water resources management and the future facing challenges, some approaches and measures are put forward to promote the integrated water resources management in the Yellow River, referring to the experiences of the Netherlands in terms of water management structure, water legislation system and water planning.
